Rechtenstudent Journal (RSJ) is an open-access journal, all content is available free of charge at no cost. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of the articles, or use them for other legal purposes, without asking the publisher or author's prior permission. This fits with BOAI's definition of open access. It means:

1. Users have free and unlimited access such as read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of all articles published on RSJ, and
2. Users are allowed to re-use the published article of proper citation of the original publication is given.
