Based on the Decree of the Rector of Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember Number 99 of 2026 concerning the Determination of Journal Tariffs, Rechtenstudent Journal implements an Author Fee policy effective 26 January 2026 to support the sustainability of editorial processes and open-access scholarly publication.

There is no Article Submission Fee. Authors are only required to pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) after their manuscript has successfully undergone the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication by the Editorial Board.

The Article Publication Charge is set at a fixed rate of IDR 500,000 (approximately USD 29.70, subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment). This fee covers all publication-related services, including peer-review management, editorial processing, language editing, layout formatting, plagiarism screening, metadata management, and journal system maintenance.

The APC is determined as a fixed institutional tariff in accordance with the Rector’s Decree and applies uniformly to all accepted articles. Payment procedures will be informed to the authors upon acceptance of the manuscript through official communication from the editorial team.

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. By proceeding with the payment, authors acknowledge and agree to comply with the journal’s publication fee policy as stipulated by the institutional regulation.
