About the Journal

Rechtenstudent Journal is a scientific journal that contains papers or scientific articles from the results of legal research both in the field and literature. It publishes articles on law studies from various perspectives, literature studies, and field studies. This journal emphasizes aspects of positive legal with special reference to socio-legal activities, legal politics, criminal, civil, and the doctrine of both positive law/ Islam. This journal is published 3 (three) times in terms of April, August, and December.
